Change to Travel Plan Effective January 1, 2020
The RTO/ERO Benefits Committee through the Board of Directors are pleased to announce changes to your travel insurance effective January 1, 2020. Royal and Sun Alliance
Insurance Company of Canada (RSA) will replace Sun Life as the underwriter of the travel insurance. As well, Global Excel will be the new travel assistance provider, replacing Allianz Global Assistance. Your Extended Health Care, Dental and Semi-private Hospital plans will continue to be underwritten by Sun Life.

and anything that is on your mind about how we can make this organization vital and inviting to all members. Watch for an up-coming e-blast with a link to a survey that we hope you will take a few moments to complete so we can get a better idea of what is effective, what needs to be reconsidered or what needs to be revisited as well as suggestions that you have for improvement or changes in any aspect of District 18’s activities. Events at a Glance
The Valentine’s Day Luncheon will not be on oer in the familiar way.
However, we intend to book a local restaurant and will reserve a seat for those who wish to attend. Each attendee will order from the menu and take care of their own costs. Members will be receive a small gift and be eligible to receive gift coupons by way of the random drawing. Details to follow in the new year.
The current summary is as follows:
BREW and CHEW (a.k.a. Koffee Klatch)
Brew and Chew events have resumed and remain scheduled for 9:30 AM the first Tuesday of each month from now until June. There is no need to call ahead, simply ARRIVE! Haliburton members welcome too! (No scheduled Coffee Club dates for Haliburton)
Remember, your first beverage is ‘On Us’ as we generously present each attending member of RTO with $3.00. Many members linger over a breakfast to accompany their beverage.
